COVID-19: Customer support and our action plan

Ways to bank

In the current circumstances, we understand that you may not wish to, or be able to, visit a branch. To help you with your business continuity work environment, which may become virtual, or where conventional paper flow is not possible, you can take advantage of HSBC’s digital tools, such as our HSBCnet platform and HSBCnet mobile app. We will assist customers to shift on to our digital platforms to enable transactional banking and the flow of trade to continue uninterrupted.

  • HSBCnet - manage your account online at anytime. Through HSBCnet, you can support your payments during restricted time periods, such as SLIPS and salary payments while you can make instant payments through CEFTS to facilitate buyer-supplier payments. You can also pay your bills, check your balance, statements and transactions, stop checques, and view and cancel direct debits.
